ola a todos,me podriais decir que es la personalidad juridica unica?

Bueno, depende en qué contexto este insertada esa frase; en principio no es normal que a una personalidad jurídica se le añada el adjetivo "única"; O se tiene personalidad física, personas como nosotros, o se tiene personalidad jurídica: una ficción legal para que empresas, sociedad, comunidad de bienes y otros entes puedan actuar en Derecho. El adjetivo "única" no tiene mucho sentido; No obstante si puedes detalla más en que texto o en que circunstancia te aparece esa frase.
