Hola amig@s,

¿Sabrían decirme donde puedo encontrar un modelo de los muchos que hay sobre una "Acta de Infracción" levantada por un Inspector General de la Seguridad Social?

Con solo el modelo del formulario me valdría para poder encontrarlo en la red pero si son tan amables de ponerme algun enlace mas agradecido por mi parte.

PD. Es que he encontrado modelos de "Actas de Liquidación de Cuotas a la Seguridad Social" pero de las que pregunto no. De ahí mi pregunta... Gracias nuevamente.
